A Letter from Our Founder

Bullying is often treated as a momentary problem—an incident, a conflict, a phase. In reality, it’s a signal. It signals pain, fear, insecurity, and environments that are failing the people within them.

I founded Bust A Bully Foundation because I believe real change happens not when we simply stop harmful behavior, but when we create systems that protect, heal, and transform everyone involved.

Our mission is twofold: to ensure those who are bullied feel safe, supported, and welcomed—and to address the deeper struggles that cause bullying behavior in the first place. Accountability matters, but so does compassion.
